Great bands
I like the bands. The exercise in so many different ways.

Great Idea
I like the exercise bands, but it was a little hard to figure out at first, which angles to put the bands at. Once you get the hang of it and you get a routine it’s really a great exercise tool helps with speed helps build up with resistance, and I have a sore shoulder. It seems to be strengthening it when I just do lateral exercises.

Solid idea poor implementation
I love the concept and have worked with an expensive apparatus much like the one Evander Holyfield wore back in the day. Maybe I was expecting too much but this came across as very awkward for me. It is ok for jabs and crosses although it comes lose a lot but for any type of hook or uppercut it is useless. Invasive in fact

Definitely for the active person
Was late due to this Covid situation, but it was at my doorstep when I came home from work last night. Using it as we speak, building up my legs cause I play basketball. I'll use it again later for my martial arts and boxing training. I don't have anything negative to say about this and would recommend if you love to work out.

The bands make it hard to move in but that’s the thrill of it because it makes your movement very fluid and mastered

Like how the ankles and wrists fit great, had a little bit of trouble with the belt because of my stomach and waist size but got it to fit
