Great Book!
The illustrations and pictures, plus description of the lifts, are very helpful especially for a novice lifter. The chapters are broken down by muscle groups which is also helpful when doing splits.

Very good
The illustrations are great and the explanations of the moves are well done. It is especially nice that all of the illustrations are with males; this was a selling point for me because females have a slightly different anatomy, and all the competing books on the market have large sections with the female muscular structure. He does put a few of the traditional exercises in different categories. For instance, shrugs are usually grouped with the shoulders, but he places them with the back. Sometimes so many muscles are named that it gets slightly confusing.Great book.

Great Book
Received this a few weeks ago, and love the diagrams and different equipment and steps you can take to work on specific parts of the body.

VERY BASIC
Cool how there is a side by side comparison. The book is for a very beginner person who has no experience working out. It could almost be a kids book

Very good book for its subject.
One of the best books on building muscles. Just a very good book explaining how certain exercises build different muscle groups. Found this book at my local Library and liked it so much I ordered it from Amazon so I would always have it.
