This is the best tasting beef jerky I've had in a long time. I like it because it's dry, and doesn't seem to have as much salt as others do. I really hate jerky that is moist and soft. That's not what jerky is supposed to taste like! Anyway this is the only beef jerky I buy now. The only problem I have is that it runs out of stock so quick. So sometimes it's hard to get!

So, let me first say Stryve makes a seriously tasty product. However, my beef with their beef doesn’t actually have to do with beef; it’s the bag. The quality of the bags is insulting to the goodness they contain. They only last about 4-6 openings before the ziplocking portion detached from the bag, leaving it exposed to air. Because of this, I have been putting them into separate plastic bags to keep fresh. Please address this, Stryve!

I love this product and buy the big bags to save money. However the big bags are always filled with think end pieces that are inedible. Seems like a bit of a ripoff that 2 oz are worthless end pieces.

I’ve been looking for beef jerky with no sugar and happened upon this tasty treat. Most beef jerky is sugar coated meat. I like this stuff a lot. Tastes great with no damn sugar or at least very tiny amounts that don’t show up as carbs. I’ve never had biltong before. It’s like a very thin beef jerky. Great Keto/carnivore snack. The price is pretty good too. You get a decent sized bag for around 15 bucks with a coupon. Just reordered....

First of all, I am glad that this is not the wet, sweet mess that we call "beef jerky" nowadays.But there is an issue. The overall flavor has some 'off' notes. For one, there is a slight vinegar aftertaste, and the "hickory" smoked flavor is very artificial tasting. Sort of like a hot-dog. The better jerky has a distinct wood-smoked flavor.Overall, just a mediocre product, but is a decent value.

We are very pleased with the Stryve Biltong Snack. The bulk size is a great value. The product is made in such a way to be perfect for a low carb, ketogenic diet. It's great to portion out for day hikes, biking or just any other occasion when a non-refrigerated protein snack is desired to have with you. The flavor is very satisfying and the texture is just right, not too soft and not to tough to chew. We will be buying more in the future for our active lifestyle.

Literally the best jerk I’ve ever had. Flavor and texture are perfect and it wasn’t dried out, even when being gone for 3 weeks and forgetting it at home. Came back and it wasn’t dried out at all.

Purchased three bags for my trip to Russia. I was excited to try it out for the first time. I have a wide pallet for variety of flavors, but this stuff is really hard to get down.I would not leave a negative review if the vender would accept returns. I'm out $45 for trying something new, and won't have any good meet to eat while traveling. Bummer!
