Hylands - Kids Calm 'n Restful - 125 tabs (Pack of 2)

I really love this product. My grandson is ADHD and we have trouble getting him to clam down but give him a few and he is out very soon after. I am happy it's not a hormone like melatonin. It's not habit forming which is great the kids have no problem with being sleepy when they wake up.

I have used these for both of my boys & it worked great for them. My oldest was sleepwalking after we moved into our new home and having him take these before bed took care of it. My youngest talks in his sleep and makes noises and wakes us up if he is "camping out" on the floor in our room , so he takes these and we don't hear a peep out of him. I recommend them.

I brought this after doing lots of research of how to help my 2 year old to get out of nightmare. He cried for a week everyday at the same time and frightened. I used on day 1, only 2 tabs, and he slept through without any nightmare and I used it for 3 days. I use it here and there for the days he is too active and cannot calm down by night time. It works on him by only using 2 tablets a day. I think it depends on the kids' body. He shows less nightmare now and wake up fresh everyday.

I’m not sure if I do notice a difference in my children. I still give them when I notice my kids are restless before bed. I will probably research other products before buying again. I do successfully use other products from this company.

I have four boys and love these. We use them for temporary restlessness in the evening. Mostly when our kids are BEYOND tired and actually can’t seem to settle because we missed the window of a second wind.
