Does the grape have any sour taste to it & is the color dark purple or very light in color?

The color is a light purple but the flavor is good. Grape is one of my favorites, it's flavor is sweet like a concord grape

We have found 100% grape juice prevents stomach bugs. Is this the same as the 100% grape juice they sell in bottles (once you add water of course)?

....not sure about stomach bugs, but the liquid in the bottle contains Aspartame.. the powder drink doesn't.

I don't know, if I were you I would contact Welch's directly. It says "NATURALLY FLAVORED: Enjoy Welch's drink mix, that is naturally and artificially flavored..." I would assume the naturally is grape.

It contains sucralose, and it really tastes like grape juice.
