Q: I want the temperature in f not c. how do you change it? why should i have to buy another product, when it should convert from one to the other?

I received these instructions via email after I received my TUSY to switch from C to F. There are two setting for the heat press temperature : Degree" celcius " or Degree" Fahrenheit Here is how to change the temperature from temperature Degree" celcius " to Degree" Fahrenheit " Press "OK" button for a while, when the LCD display shows "P-3" to "C", press arrow up button "△"to set F, then press "Enter" button to confirm this setting. so the temperature will be in Fahrenheit.

Q: Just got delivered by fed ex. the box was busted open on one side. i opened it set up on table and the top plate is loose, is it super to be?

My top plate is super loose as well. i messgaed them and asked about it, they said it was suppose to be a little loose..

Q: Is the black mat suposed to be glued down?

I always have some non slip shelf liner around the house. I cut up a few pieces and placed them under the black mat and it doesn't slip anymore. You can find these at dollar tree or I buy a big roll at Walmart.
