Love my copper chef. Replaced all my pans with this brand. Good slides right off. Easy clean up.

I've had a pair of these frying pans for about 3 yrs. and use them at least 3-4 times per week. Eggs in one and bacon in the other. Couple of downsides. When you first get them they are super non-stick. I six months of almost daily use they aren't nearly as non stick as when new. After about a year or so of repeated heating an cooling the bottoms start to "dome", causing them to spin around on your stove top. I used a rubber mallet to flatten them back out. They aren't the best or worst non stick pans and I've looked at others... but in the end, the price and performance is about as good as it gets. There are trade offs with all these non stick pans. No one material or design stays super non stick and lasts indefinitely, without warping. If you can get 3 yrs. out of them, just buy another set and retire the old ones. The number one thing to remember is not to overheat these things... its the reason for these issues.
