Indispensable for tracking sleep health
This Checkme works excellently to give me data on how well my body is taking in oxygen when I'm asleep. It also monitors my oxygen level when exercising. (I have COPD). It measures and stores the data which I download each morning to the ViHealth App and it shows me the level of oxygen that was in my blood, for how many minutes and gives an overal score, 10 being the best. The monitor vibrates on the finger if my body oxygen drops below 90% and is a prompt to breathe deeper if possible. I bought my first Checkme a few years ago and, fortunately, it showed me that my overnight oxygen was quite poor. I saw a Consultant about this, he diagnosed COPD, and I've been using an Oxygen Concentrator overnight since then. If the Checkme records several nights of low oxygen, and I have a cold, then I know it's time to see my Consultant again. I would never be without it.

Poor quality finger sensor.
I bought this product back in May, so it is only 6 months old. The actual wrist monitor is working fine but the fine rubber on the ring sensor is already nearly torn through. I would imagine that within a week or so it will have completely torn across making it unstable on finger. Certainly not something you would expect from such an item within 6 months. I checked the price for a replacement finger sensor and they are not cheap. I certainly wouldn't be buying this product again.

Best Oximeter
Yes, it's expensive but having a constant read out and saved history has been pivotal in my COPD management. Reading accurate for saturation 75-99%. Not so accurate for less than 75%. Had this 2yrs now and have just upgraded to the newest model

Easy to use
This product has been very easy to set up and use. It is going to provide me with very useful data that will help decide on future treatments for my low oxygen levels at night.

Excellent Personal Health Device
This little O2 monitor works very well, providing useful information on blood oxygenation levels, e.g., for those who suffer (or are concerned that they suffer) from sleep apnoea. The monitor records overnight from the rubberised thumb sensor and downloads very reliably to the phone App by bluetooth in the morning. Useful data: PO2 and HR, minute by minute. The only downside is the strap - it uses two little metal studs to engage the holes in the wrist band and these can be a total pain in the proverbial to locate when trying to secure a tight fit on the wrist. A stardard buckle or even velcro would have been much better. In every other respect, highly recommended.

Would be really good if not 2 problems that make reports very hard to have
There are 2 main problems that make the use very hard. 1. if the battery finishes it loses all data, it doesn't stores for later. 2. Bluetooth connection to mobiles is very poor, having to try many times. Many times I lost big measures from my mother when walking and other interesting situations to measure because the battery was gone. So, there is no simple small SSD to hold the info? And if there is, if that a bug? When turn the device on, there is nothing to send to both, the device and PC.

Easy to set up and accurate
I had been using a well known wearable, but was concerned that the monitoring was not accurate as constantly running an SPO2 level that dropped considerably below standard tolerance levels. This monitor is far more accurate and proved the concern that the well known wearable is only capable of monitoring trends and not accurate numbers.
