Is the inside of the tea set made of 18/10 stainless steel or is it made of aluminum?

How are you supposed to brew turkish tea when there is no tea infuser / strainer for the top pot? The tea will come right off of it when you pour.

What kind of lid the bottom kettle have? Does it have a flat cover surface to hold the tea pot or prevent the steam hitting your hand?
