Ordered these strictly because of the price. I was very surprised with the quality after receiving them. They felt great. I put a pair on my feet before bed after applying cream to my feet. My feet felt great when I removed the socks in the morning. The socks never came off during the night. They felt snug and comfortable. I would recommend these to my friends and family without hesitation

If you’re looking for heel repair, these socks are fine. I got them because anything that wraps around my foot feels like I’m wear a sock/shoe full of wet sand. It’s nerve damage from a doctor trying to make an extra buck, but I have worked around the issue. And these little half socks are perfect! They don’t touch the part of my foot that is damaged, so it doesn’t make my foot feel worse. And they actually help my feet feel a little warmer! I understand most people aren’t looking at these for that reason, but they are a godsend for me. And the bonus is my heels are getting better.

There were no suggested instructions- The first time worn I wore them I kept them on all day and overnight/ they softened my heels were soft but my arches were very itchy and the skin was peeling so I discontinued use
