Much better than qunol coq10
I have been taking nature made coq10 and thought I would try this as it appeared to be better. WOW what a difference in energy level and feeling well. You have to try this.

Better than plain CoQ10
It seems to work for muscle pain from long term use of statin drugs, but if you have muscle pain after taking statins, be sure to have your doctor do blood tests, because it could be very serious. Mine was not.

The Max-Q10 might actually be worth a 5th star, but it is way too soon to tell after only 45 days. The service has been good.

Is this right for me?
It was difficult to notice any improvement. Is it something that takes more than 30 days to notice benefits? This is the first time I have ever taken anything of this nature. I am hoping for ease of tendon and connective tissue discomfort plus brain enhancement. Is this the right thing to try?
