Love it & am experimenting !!
It isn't a very high quality Balsamic [I think] but works, especially if you're a beginner like me. Added to Soups, salads, vinaigrette and even made a reduction sauce for the cheese !! The sour, tangy yet sweet flavor is really good and the price is Great !!
