This stuff works amazing.
This product is amazing. Had greenish water in my pond in March. Poured in 8 oz and water turned a milky color. Within hours it was clearing up. By 24 hours it was really looking good.Algae feeds off phosphorus/Phosphates. Eliminate them from the water and the algae can't multiple.

Great Product
Works great. Super easy to use. It only took 2 doses to bring my levels down. I religiously use this brand for my pond and my aquariums they have never let me down. Thanks.

Works quickly, didn't harm fish, and saved me the trouble of an extreme water change.
It did make my water cloudy at first but no more than any other water clarifier and dissipated after a few hours.I ran into a phosphate spike after repotting a taro plant from it's nursery pot into a roomier container. I noticed little beads in the clay from the nursery and shrugged it off. I realize now it was a slow release fertilizer.Algae bloom struck, took my levels and phosphate was close to 5ppm. One round of this got it down to 2. Second round a couple days later brought it down to 0.25ish.It didn't impact the other levels (nitrates, ammonia, pH) and while my algae isn't gone, it's definitely less vigorous. Fish were unaffected. I'm going to wait it out and make sure levels stay low before adding algaecide. This stuff works great, I was worried I'd have to do a drastic water change and potentially throw everything off.

Amazing results!
The media could not be loaded. After 2 treatments over 1.5 weeks my 1,800 gallon pond went from pea soup zero visibility to being able to see my aerators 12-18 inches down. The pond surface was filled with large dead algae clumps after the 2nd treatment. I had tried algaefix and beneficial bacteria and sludge remover before, but this phosphate formula revealed pond rocks I haven’t seen in years. I can see my fish now! I’m truly blown away how quickly effective this was. 100% recommended if your water tests are high phosphate with green zero visibility.

Was completely shocked...
As others have stressed, I too had very high phosphate levels for over a month. I tried a couple of other brands plus several 25% water changes on my 1,300 gallon pond, with no results. Finally I got this blue liquid brand and used the amount instructed for my size pond. And yes it got milky cloudy, but I added an extra outside pump to help this situation where I could not see past a few inches into the pond. And half the pond in the center is almost 4 feet deep, there I could not see anything, it was aggravating and disappointing! I returned after 4 hours and was simply amazed! The pond clarity was 90% better, I could see the bottom. More importantly I can see the beauty of all my colorful kois! I'm going to do a second treatment today (day after first), but I had to first pass on this experience on here, so satisfying! Good luck everyone.

Was originally sent the wrong product after waiting almost 2 weeks. Contacted seller and had the correct bottle in 2 days. Product seems to help with the algae when used with other microbe-lift products. I clean koi ponds and with microbe-lift PL, muck away, and phosphate remover the algae has almost disappeared.

Cleared up my green water in hours!
This stuff is like magic!I was dealing with green water -- suspended algae that was too fine to be trapped in filter floss, to the point where I couldn't see things that were about 6" before the surface. Nothing helped. My 150 gallon stock tank pond is in almost complete shade, has a planted bog filter, and a good bit of floating frogbit -- plus water lilies. I tried massive water changes, two different types of beneficial bacteria that were supposed to help green water, and even tried Nualgi. Nothing worked. I contacted Nualgi technical support, and they asked about my water parameters (fully cycled pond with 0 ppm ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate -- the algae sucks it all out of the water), and they also suggested a phosphate test. Bingo! My phosphate was darker than the 10 ppm upper limit of the API test -- mostly from our tap water, as it turned out. So the tech guy advised me to buy this specific Microbe Lift phosphate remover. I dosed it according to the instructions, and then the magic began. The water where I poured the phosphate remover immediately turned milky, but within an hour or two, the whole pond was clearing. The algae dropped out of suspension and ended up in clumps on the bottom of the pond, which eventually collected in the quilt batting I put in my pump prefilter. I added a second dose about 5 days later, and then my water was crystal clear! And it's lasted! Plus, my fish are happy and healthy, and my bog filter plants are even growing better now that they don't have to compete with the algae for nutrients.I'm just so totally pleased with this product. It solved my green water problem when nothing else worked.

Phosphate Reduced but Acidity unexpectidly Increased
Does remove phosphate but not as much as I had hoped. Does not seem to effect Ammonia or Nitrite but my PH has decreased to 6 from 7 making my pond more acidic than before. I am resorting to a major water change in my 2500 gal pond.
