you NEED this
I cannot believe how well this thing works. It would be a value at 5x the price. simple, high quality construction, squeezes the tube from the end completely empty and the product doesn't squeeze back behind the pincher. good force level on the gripper handle. works great on thicker RTV to help with accurate application. Definitely would buy again

Tool works like a charm
Works much more gooder then the turn key.

helps with tubes to lay a more consistent bead and without as much hassle fighting with the toothpaste tube. It definitely adds extra pressure that you otherwise would not have. I fed the tool an older, plugged nozzle tube that this eventually split the side out of! Not an issue w/ this tool as that tube was hosed...tried to use nails/screws/drill bits to reach deep to let the product exit the nozzle, but no go. People complain about the weak spring, but if that's you're hang-up, you should probably drop off the head-gasket job at a qualified mechanic!

No more using the little tube roller thing that never works, this thing really makes applying sealant way easier and less straing on the hand. Love it so far resealing a timing cover on a highlander and im loving it!!

Applies the bead, MUST HAVE TOOL!
I don't know how I got by working on cars for 20yrs without this thing. Maybe because I was young. Once the arthritis starts to kick in, you begin to reevaluate your life choices. This has to be one of the best investments I've ever made. It does its job, it's cheap, and it's durable... so far at least. The retaining springs might wear out in the future, but no time soon. The grip can dislodge and come apart, but if you're using this to work on any engine, you'll have easily encountered more complex problems. If this product coming apart trips you up, you might want to consider another hobby/career.The picture of the exploded RTV tube is from me trying to squeeze out a piece of hardened silicone that was acting like a check valve in the tube. This little tool easily outlives the RTV tubes, as seen. The other RTV picture is what the tube looked like before I had this tool.All the beads shown were made with this tool.

I almost want this for my toothpaste too!!
Great for dispensing tubes of whatever in a controlled manner. I wish I had gotten it sooner, but live and learn. I really do think about using this for tooth paste, but that isn't the intent, it's to be used for liquid gaskets and sealants where precision is needed.It works, buy it if you need it
