Junk! Used 4 times. Screen black. Won't work. Seller doesn't care!
This is a total piece of junk. I only use this 4 times since I bought it April 2021 at a couple parties with adult only and already the screen is totally Blank and the lights won't shut shut off. I contacted the company selling it on Amazon and they will not respond to replace it or refund my money only only saying it's past the warranty date. Don't waste your money or buy anything from this uncaring seller.

Does it all!
Great product. You can use a USB stick or SD card to play your karaoke files, or go online to YouTube or other websites and search for songs. EXCELLENT project. The HDMI jack lets you project the built-in screen to a flat screen TV or video projector, so everyone can enjoy.

Touch screen is pretty useless
The touch screen is virtually useless on this machine. It frequently locks up and the machine has to be rebooted. it was easy enough to connect to wifi and load the youtube app on the machine so that we could search and stream songs off the internet. However, the touch screen is so poor that it makes this functionality almost useless. Also in the middle of a song the touch screen will pick up phantom touches and switch songs, hit pause, etc.We have resorted to playing songs over our tv and simply using the Karaoke machine for the microphones. My TV does not have an HDMI output (only input) so I can not port the music from the TV to the Machine so we can't really take advantage of the sound mixing abilities of the machine.As for sound quality it is ok. About what you would expect for a device of this price. Not professional by any means but good enough for the kids (and the adults if we have enough beverages :) )All in all the 2 microphones and sound quality are ok for the price, If your TV has an HDMI output it might be better. But if you are buying it for the wifi and ability to play apps off the device... don't bother, its junk.

SCREEN WON'T BOOT UP! TERRIBLE!!!
We received this as a Christmas gift, didn't open till today, it was totally useless as the screen won't boot up, trying to contact this company KaraokeUSA, so difficult.

Won't Boot Up
The screen will not boot up making the machine unusable , requesting a refund
