I have been taking a Vitamin B12 liquid supplement for a while now but I wanted to see what was available on Amazon. I spent a while researching the right product, ie methylcobalamin at a high dosage and found this product in tablet form. I thought I'd give it a try and see how it compares. I was surprised to find how compact the package was and how small the tablets!! Nice! I find those large chalky tablets difficult to take, and these are not that.The product arrived really promptly and good service, with kind communication from the seller.I am looking forward to testing it :)

I have been taking these for a few weeks and my B12 levels have risen from 214 ng/ml to 485 ng/ml on my latest blood test. My energy has increased and I am sleeping well. Really good value for money and I recommend to anyone whose energy levels are low. So painless to take, unlike the injections that I used to have.

Very suspicious of this product. Came in double sealed packet, Years supply of tablets. Outside package Batch ID 15436, Expiry 31/10/2023. Inside packet Batch No: 091730 - Best Before Sep 2022 - Clearly won't be able to use for a year - in fact won't be taking at all as fearful product may be fake.

Another reviewers photo of the packaging almost put me off, but unbeknownst to the poor blighter, the real packaging was inside that bit!Pretty good value. Easiest and cheapest version of cyanocobalamin - which as far as I know is the only version of B12 that's proven to work. I love that there's a year's supply in here.From what I understand, under 60s only need 250mcg of B12 per day. I wish there was a version with this amount instead and that was cheaper, as I prefer getting into a daily habit than taking 1 every 4 days. There's no risk with taking this much though - just means you pee out some expensive urine. Over 60s ought to be getting 1000mcg though, so this dose is perfect for them.Those facts about dosage and cyanocobalamin are from a book published a few years ago so may be out of date-How Not To Die by Dr Michael Greger.It would be nice to have some labelling on the packaging to reassure that this product is vegan, as the Amazon description states, but I don't see anything tells me it is vegan or not tested on non-human animals.I'd also prefer it to be in a jar rather than a pouch, but perhaps this is more ECO-friendly. It's no big deal.

Previously prescribed by doctor and they "did me good".Problem came back when tablets ran out. Decided to pay for own as not expensive. Glad to say that they are helping me very much.A good buy.
