This is like a summertime onesie. It's not hard or soft. The material seems to be like the material bed sheets are made from. It is a bit large but being that it ties around the back, it's adjustable to the size of your baby.

I bought this body and pants set for my 6-month-old baby and I am very happy with the purchase. In addition, the clothes are very easy to put on and take off, especially with the brooches on the body. The design of watermelon print is adorable. I definitely recommend it!
