I teach a paper craft class and work with women of all ages. It was amazing to me that so many have no idea what 3/8s or 5/8s even are!! This ruler was a game changer! I gifted it to my classes so they could learn to measure correctly! They have all thanked me and love their rulers!! They were worth every cent!!!

This ruler is a value for the money the bill quality is great clarity is wonderful because the color difference makes it easy to see the marking is very accurate it's easy to use and it comes with a conversion charge which makes it easy to convert from standard to metric

This is the 3rd ruler i have orderedfrom this company. The first one was so useful that I ordered a second one. That one was not usable as the ruler decal was not applied evenly. I returned it. A year later I tried again and received a perfect ruler. I pleased with this purchase!

This ruler packs a lot of info into a small space without seeming cramped and it lives up to the claim of being easy to read. The colors make it easy to focus on just inches or just metric. On the inches side, it's awesome that they managed to squeeze in the numbers for the 16ths - this makes it a lot easier for me to avoid mistakes. (There's even one inch at the end that's numbered in 32nds.) Also, because the numbers grow in size with the larger fraction, it makes it easier to pick out just how accurate you want to measure. The white isn't especially bright but the matte finish help to remove reflections. The plastic itself is fairly stiff and can be bent about 1.5". The only real drawback is that like most plastic rulers, it doesn't start at 0", so you have to line everything up with the 0 mark. On the metal ruler, it starts at 0 but the edges are a bit sharp (easy fix with a file). Also, the metal ruler has cork on the bottom which lifts the metal ruler about 1mm off the item being measure which could introduce some marking errors.

I love this ruler EXCEPT it almost forces you to read millimeters from the bottom edge instead of the top edge. With all other metric/inch combo rulers I've seen, you flip the ruler around from inches-on-the-top to measure millimeters-on-the-top edge. If you put the metric side on the top with this ruler, you have to read cm/mm right-to-left instead of left-to-right & the cm/mm numbers are all upside-down.Otherwise, it would be a great ruler because all of the inch fractions are labeled, and the millimeter lines are different heights making it MUCH easier to tell which line is which.(With regular metric rulers, most of the mm lines are the same height. So unless you have very sharp eyes, it can be hard to read the fine mm lines, especially in dim light. For example, I might wonder "is this 92mm or 93 mm"; "is that 97mm or 98mm", ...? This ruler makes helps a lot with that problem.)

WOW!!! Just WOW. Where has this been all my life??? This is a very well made heavy duty ruler. For the price it is a steal. Is has every fraction that you could possibly need. I am a card maker and this may be my new best friend. There is a cork backing which makes it slide resistant.
