Q: What is the best way to mount or secure these inside a metal box or to sheet metal?

The product has 4 threaded holes - on at each corner, to accept a 4mm metric screw. Simply bolt it down.

Q: The solenoid has a sticker with 4Nm of force but the description says 2.1kg, which is it?

I'm not 100% sure but I have been going by the 4N value on the sticker (which I believe amounts to around 0.4 kg or 0.9 lb of force).
