I've had a few backflow incense burners and this is the only one that I felt compelled to write a review for. 1st, it flows exactly as described, if it doesn't, I would invest in better doop cones. 2nd is the quality of the burner itself. 3rd the craftsmanship and design. It comes with a metal incense holder which really helps with the burnt smell caused by other holders. Great product!

I shopped around for awhile for backflow incense burners and decided on this one. I'm very pleased with the purchase. It's the perfect size for my end-table and looks great even when not burning incense. The quality is fantastic especially for the price. I was a little worried because of some of the negative reviews. Like other reviewers mentioned, the incense that comes with it doesn't smell too great; however, I'm pretty sure that's the case with most incense burners as I bought a couple others from other companies that also came with lower-quality scents. I found some better backflow cones that were pretty cheap and threw the ones that came with it away. I also experienced some of the burning smell others reported. The "ashtray" smell goes away after a couple uses as it's just new product smell that has to burn off; however, I noticed that the positioning of the burner is too close to the sun decoration, so without careful cone placement, it can get too hot and start to melt the plastic which doesn't smell very good. Now that I realize that's happening, I've been more careful to keep the cone as far away from the plastic parts as possible, and the problem went away. This seller has another one almost exactly the same but with the cone exposed instead of hidden behind the sun which I would get if I were to buy again (although I do like the subtlety of having the cone hidden). Altogether, ignoring the incense itself (which I would happily pay the same price for the burner without the add-ons), this is a 5-star product with a minor -1 star design flaw.

The media could not be loaded. Works great and is very well made! It looks pretty cool in our living room too, my fiance said it's our new conversation piece 👍 I am not a huge fan of the smell of the incense they provide but I am going to just get my own but overall happy with our purchase!

Just rinse under hot water to clean insides. Brass insert is removable and dishwasher-safe. The incese that were included are pretty trash. Burn a long time, but they just smell like bathroom fresheners. But, they might as well have been free considering how cheap the burner was. Made a great gift for my Earthly mother-in-law.

I did a lot of research on the backflow incent burners and this one is absolutely beautiful and I get tons of complements on it. I do agree with the other posters that the scents of the cones are less than pleasant. I found many backflow cones through etsy and have ordered several from there. Thanks

Got this a couple months ago and I can't stop using it haha. It works well like advertised the incense smoke just falls right down like a waterfall, very nice to watch and everyone is always intrigued by all the little pieces. All the pieces are separate, almost like little figurines, and I have fun rearranging it from time to time.

Got this as a gift for my mother and she loves it. The cones it come with stink but it's really a bonus so I wasn't expecting much from those. The smoke effect is very nice, and it's a nice decoration when not in use. The paint on the sun was a little sloppy but no complaints for the price.

I would highly recommend you do not use the incense cones that come up with the burner and buy them separately. The ones that come with don't smell great.
