The Pro Armor 4 Point Harness. Our 2" harnesses come with sewn in pads for maximum comfort and safety while on your ride. Each harness comes with a water resistant phone pocket on one side and a mesh light pocket with included flashlight on the other. Straps are held together with an adjustable sternum strap. Lap belt and shoulder straps are sewn together to allow for easier time to strap in to go riding no more fumbling around. Lap belt comes with leather patch on the quick release buckle so there is no pinching. Easy installation using existing factory seat belt mounting points and hardware. Clip will bypass factory governor (15 mph) when seat belts are not connected. Factory style clip just plug in and go. When installing harnesses in SxS you will find that the computer system knows when you're not wearing your seat belt and will interrupt the ignition. Great idea for stock seat belts not so good for 4-point harnesses. The Pro Armor Harness Override Plug has been designed to close the open loop system and allow for you to use the full potential of your motor. No wiring skills required for this install all you have to do is unplug the old and plug in the new.

Good value compared to others.
I’ve been debating whether or not to get harnesses for a few years now. Since dumping our 4-seat RZR on its side during a previous trip, it was evident that had we been going faster, the stock 3-point seat belts probably wouldn’t have restrained us adequately. Luckily, all I did was dislocate a rib or two because the rig tipped onto my side. My 2 passengers were uninjured because they were riding in the right side seats. Had I been using a 4-point harness, I probably would have been held in place better which would have prevented the minor injury. These harnesses can be challenging to install if you are not mechanically inclined or lack the correct tools. Not to mention, you must really use “pass-through’s” in order for the harnesses to be positioned properly over your shoulders. Pass-through add-ons are about $25 each vs. $400+ for a new seat that has built-in pass-through’s. These require you to cut/modify existing seats. It was a little nerving but after doing the research, it turned out to be a piece of cake.Do your research before purchasing. Decide whether or not you can do the install yourself and if they’re the correct application for your ride. Overall, it took me around 5 hrs (first time doing this and not in a hurry) to install 4 pass-through’s and 4 harnesses. This job does require you to remove interior panels.NOTE: aftermarket harnesses are recommended to be replaced after 2 years! Yes, they have an “expiration date”. Begs the question of, “What about car seat belts?” Do your research, you’ll learn some new stuff.

Great quality and probably the most important upgrade of all...
This was the first upgrade we made to our new UTV. Safety of my family and friends are paramount and Pro Armor has a great reputation.Installing the harnesses was relatively easy...once I was able to acces all of the lower anchor points.Nevertheless, of all the planned upgrades to your side by side, harnesses should be one of the first. And for the money, these 2-inch 4-point harnesses are a great value and worth the investment.

You need mounting brackets for it to fit correctly.
The harness itself is great quality and seems comfy. So far I've only installed 1 and it was a pain because the mounting point brackets for the lap belt go left and right and this harness wants to sit forward and aft in order for in not to chaffe on the center console. In order to mitigate this you need a bracket that proarmor doesn't provide or sell. I've called and asked them for a fix and they have no clue of the issue. Maybe its model specific. (2018 xp4 1k) But I found someone who does sell it just use this part number B01DHJJPJ2 and it'll pop up. Or 2 links of 5k lbs rated hardened chain will also do the job.

Nice product, buy bolts to install
Overall I really like the harnesses. Removing the stock belts on my RZR pro was the hardest part. I had to buy bolts because most of the factory ones didn’t work. Overall I’m pleased and would buy them again.

A must for after market and stock cages.
They work great in my xp4. The bad is one of the Pro Armor badge is upside down on one shoulder strap.

Worked great!
Great harnesses. I installed on a xp4 1k and they are easily adjustable for different passengers. Pad placement and comfort are good as well. Pockets to hold your phone so you can hear it.

Worth the money
I feel so much more secure with these harnesses and so does my family. They’re easy to adjust and are very durable.
