While yes, it taste bad...that can be remedied. A little water with mio or juice kicks that small issue immediately. Question is does it work? It definitely has taken the edge off the pain to some definite noticeable degree and I'm only on my first bottle. I am a serious case though I'm not big on doctors/meds. I do use tylenol and ibuprophen products to help.I would be awake throughout the night from joint pain and just over-all pain in my knees and legs. Besides joint pain...my legs felt like club legs. Hard to bend. In the mornings it would take me and hour or more to get my legs going enough to go to work without a cane. I noticed first, my right leg pretty quickly within the first week or two started to feel less pain and become more mobile. I could literally stand up straight on it pretty quickly. My left leg which is the biggest battle still needs more work ...but even then I could stand on it a little bit longer. I will be purchasing LifeTones again...hands down. I want to give it my best shot. I've tried lots of things. Usually, nothing works or works very long. This one is worth giving it a good try. Also, absolutely no bad side effects for me. None. It is all natural for sure. For the record, I also add to my daily regimen, Ashwaganda...Physicians Choice brand. I take one pill in the morning and 2 at night which actually helps me to get a deeper sleep so the LifeTones can do it's healing work. So very please with LifeTones at this time. Hope it just gets better and better.

It seems the capsules agree with me more so than the liquid so I will stick with them. Great conscientious company - I appreciate it.

I used this product daily and it did help ease my joint pain. My frustration is with the delivery and lack of response from Amazon. The delivery person put this in my black mailbox on a 97° day! I have a shaded porch for my deliveries. When I got home and discovered it the product was 130°! Much hotter than the "safe" suggestion. I contacted Amazon immediately and 2 additional times, no response. I then attempted to contact the manufacturer leaving a message wanting to know if it was safe to take, no response. This stuff isn't cheep and sits on my counter still waiting for a response. Deliverers should be taught better.

It works,when everything else failed!

This product really works. I have a couple of autoimmune disease, in pain 24/7 have tried everything thing under the sun , I’m also doing infusions for pain and seizures. So you see I am always looking for that better solution . This really works for the first time in a very long time I was pain free . But short lived , not because there is something wrong with the product I have multiple allergies. I read the label there was nothing written that could raise a red flag , however I did breakout into a really bad one ! To my disappointment I had to stop taking it and take lots of Benadryl. I’m going to try again. The flavor is awful, don’t let that discourage you this really works. I’m disabled with restrictions in walking and driving . THIS works! And no I’m not being paid say this !!!!
