I am 53 yrs old have been suffering from IBS-C for many years that gets triggered by stress stays for weeks/months. I had tried very think from pre-biotics, probotics you name it. Nothing helped. I had the part of the colon bloating, burning with chronic pain that used to go up my back, the fatigue and the feeling if unhealthiness uhh i suffered a lot. Many many colonoscopies revealed nothing than just inflammation in the intestinal track and the doctors advice meditation!!I fortunately found this and wanted to give a try and it is working wonders so far.
