On friends' raving recommendation of this miracle oil from the Amazon rainforest, I searched and found this brand -- Starseed Sacha Inchi Oil. Since the product itself came from Peru, was organic, and had the best price among several choices, I gave it a try ... and am loving it! It tastes wonderful no matter how it is used -- with salad, bread, smoothie, or cooking. And I feel really good after just a few days of consuming it. So I am ordering more bottles now! I notice that some customers have complained that only two Omega's are listed under the nutrition facts. They may not need to worry: while Omega-3 and Omega-6 are listed under Polyunsaturated Fat, Omega-9 is actually directly listed as Monounsaturated Fat. Hope this helps!

I love this clean source of nutritious Omega-3 Fat. I use it in salads with Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s delicious and helps fulfill my need for 70% clean fat on the Keto/IF diet. I just bought three more bottles. I’ve started drinking 2 oz a day. It’s very mild , makes me feel better and it kills my appetite. I feel my joints are better and my mental clarity has improved.

This item exhibits a more pronounced flavor of sacha inchi.

I take a shot of this everyday straight from the bottle. This is my 2nd bottle. I do not know if I will buy again because on the front label it sais it contains all 3 omegas. However on the back of the bottle where it lists ingredients it only shows TWO omegas, not all 3? Do not understand the discrepancy ?? and unless seller responds I will buy a different brand next time. Hence the 3 stars instead of 5

This oil is amazing! I put it in my smoothie everyday and I feel great getting Omegas from this clean source. It tastes wonderful. I just bought a few more bottles so I don't run out. I highly recommend Starseed Organic Sacha Inchi Oil!
