I love the look and feel of the bottle, but it's cheap and poorly designed. My first one had a lid that filled with liquid and couldn't dry out (liquid got under the seal and into the cap and got stuck). They sent me a replacement bottle. It was worse!The bamboo sleeve was slightly too large for the stainless steel bottle underneath, so the sleeve soon came loose and slid off. I tried to re-glue it myself, but there is too much space between the bottle and the sleeve, so the glue doesn't seal them together. You'd have to put a thick hot glue strip to fill the space.Then, the bottom piece of the bottle simply fell off -- I guess the glue was cheap and it dried over time and lost its power to bond the pieces together.I did reach out to the company about some of these issues and they promised to send me a replacement. When they didn't, I reached out again. I was informed they were redesigning and just about to launch a new, improved version, and they would send me that one.They didn't. I followed up once more, and was again told I would get a replacement soon. I never did. This was almost a year ago now.I really wanted to like this b/c it's beautiful, feels nice, keeps beverages hot for several hours, and is plastic-free (just a silicone seal in the lid). But it's just poor quality backed by hollow customer service. Very disappointing.

This is an excellent product that I highly recommend. Stainless steel, easy to clean and sterile. beautiful design, easy to carry. The combination of bamboo and steel is a great marriage. This thermos is such a beautiful and well design productthat you can gift it or show it around as a classic piece of art.

Received, opened up (seal falls out) put seal back in. Filled half way with water, tightened top, turned over, and it leaks with a good stream of water. No were near worth the price.

Craft quality and details are great; the bottle is super nice and works perfect, keeping beverages cold/hot for hours! Overall, great product and great purchase, couldn't be happier with it!

I wanted to love this bottle. Only after the second use the bamboo covering became detached from the stainless steel bottle and slid off.

This bottle is wonderful, the bamboo feels great in my hands and the convenience of the filter is perfect for teas!

This was purchased for a gift, seems to be high quality, very happy with it.
