Excellent craftsmanship but.... UPDATED!
This is my 4th Masc holster. As with all Masc holsters the leather and craftsmanship is something to behold and could warrant a 5 in looks alone but this holster might warrant less than a 3 even. As with all leather holsters it was very tight to the point that when holstering it took herculean effortand 2 people to remove my Steyr M9-A1. I have used leather holsters for 50 years and know how break in a new holster. Plastic bag or wax paper let sit for several days etc. After this procedure the pistol fit, Next- Installed on belt, attempted to withdraw...... Voice went up 2 octaves,,, pistol refused to be removed. Upon closer examination I concluded that the belt loops are too short so when belt is tightened the holster is pulled tight to body exerting pressure against the inner panel clamping the holster size tight on my Steyr. I am 5'5", 130 lbs. I have worked the holster and it fits perfect now but on my belt it cannot be drawn. Nice to look at though. Guess I could frame it as there is no other use for it. Can't return because it obviously has been worked hard in an effort to make it work. UPDATE: I have stretched holster until my Steyr will easily fall out if I invert the holster Yet if I strap it on (not tightly} it is impossible to withdraw. Useless for a Steyr M8-A1!!! Belt mount tabs (ears) are waaay too short which folds the holster when on belt....

New Steyr Has A Great Home
Just bought a new Steyr and this holster was perfect. Good tight leather, oiled it lightly to help it give. Recommend it greatly!

Too tight for everyday use
Workmanship is high quality but fit is way too tight especially while wearing. I've followed all given instructions but still too tight for everyday use. Will continue to try to stretch it to accommodate easy of use.
