No, it does NOT include bottom cord with the headset. It is stating it has a quick disconnect on the headset cord, but you have to purchase the bottom cord separately. It is the headset to QD only. Headset World USA

So, in order to get the best possible audio quality for music reproduction, the Biz 1500 requires two speakers that support music and video streaming in Hi-Fi stereo. All current Jabra Bluetooth products with two speakers support stereo sound. These products typically use the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) standard for streaming high-quality stereo audio.

Q: Does this have a USB link or just a headphone jack?

You have to buy the ones specifically for USB or buy a connector jack to connect two into one that is USB

these are not designed for use as a USB headset. I purchase the headset you mention for connection to a VOIP phone. I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XWG12QS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for use with a computer via USB connection for both phone calls and music. Both are good headsets, but designed for different applications.
