No, it does NOT include bottom cord with the headset. It is stating it has a quick disconnect on the headset cord, but you have to purchase the bottom cord separately. It is the headset to QD only. Headset World USA

I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XWG12QS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for use with a computer via USB connection for both phone calls and music. Both are good headsets, but designed for different applications.
