Very happy with this mailbox. We needed to replace our old non-locking mailbox as we had someone repeatedly stealing our packages and it was becoming a big issue - usps and postal police did nothing about it other than take down a report and recommend a locking mailbox.It looks sleek and modern, and I like how smoothly the outer cover closes - it almost glides shut. I also like that the lock is on the inside of the mailbox, so you can’t see it from the outside as it’s covered by the external cover. It comes with two keys which is also convenient.No more stolen packages!

I was very pleased with the size and sturdiness of this mail box, but it would have been so much more complete if it would have included the base board that is required to attach the mailbox to the wooden post. I had to make another order for the base in order to complete the installation of the mailbox. Really, how much would it cost the company to include this piece!

The positives are that the capacity is large and the box locks. Negs is that someone can easily use a stick with something sticky on it to get to the mail. Mailman tends to not push the parcels far enough in to get to the back of box and out of reach.

The space where the mail goes in is too big a hand can go in and pick up the mail and retrieve it. Had to modify, Lock is It's not as good as I expected to be.

This mailbox is gorgeous. My house is new but the builders left behind the barest bones mailbox and post. So I ordered this beautiful white one and adorned it with silver letters. We added the planter to the back end and a finial to the top for this elegant look.

Love this mailbox. Much better than the one we replaced. Will buy this again if needed. And looks so good too!

Mail theft has become a local past time where I live. So I needed a locking mail box. I had to buy this locking mail box because its the only locking mailbox my community "approves" of.There is one huge problem with this box. The mail slot is so big that anyone can stick their hand in and without effort empty out the box. I am a grown guy and the first thing I did when buying the box is stick my hand into the lock box and pick the instructions out of the box.This is a huge problem, because its purpose it to deter theft.I added a custom build plate to the locking door to make the opening about half the size smaller.It's constructed ok-ish (not impressive at all). I am very sure I could break open the locking door with my bare hands instantly, just by pulling on it hard. The middle divider is made out of weak sheet metal that will fold to allow the latch past.NOTE: The rectangular mail box one that is also sold here on amazon is WAY better quality sturdier, and have an opening construction that prevents people from sticking their arm in. Too bad my community does not have that box on their "approved" list.

This is a heavy, nice, large mailbox. The locking inside is great for preventing casual theft. Looks nice at the curb, would buy again.
