Does the dimension include the wheels?

The dimension measurements of the TUMI - Alpha 2 & Alpha 3 Carry-On 4 Wheeled Garment Bag do not include the wheels.

In the front of the suitcase there’s a small square can be used for printing initials. shouldn’t that be blank? my arrived with initials ns.

Yes it should be blank. You can remove it and apply your own on any TUMI store
