used it during training and running a marathon. seems to do the job. only issue is the capsule is very large. if you have difficulty swallowing, crack it open and mix it in water.

I was looking for EAA combination without the combination of caffeine. There are many combinations available online but almost every brand has caffeine in it. Caffeine gives a 'false' feeling of energy and freshness which I did not want. This protein met my requirements. It comes without any external addition.
