I have Hashimoto's and I have been reading a number of books to learn what things I can do to improve my health and reverse the disease. Living in the desert it is challenging to drink enough and I was using Liquid IV (suggested by my doctor). Those work very well. I like the Liquid IV products but this powder actually has other supplements in it (Vit C, D Ribose, etc.) that I know are beneficial. And it reduces the number of other supplements that I need to take which is great. I love the taste...it's kind of like tart lemonade, very refreshing. I'm doing one serving per day, usually in the late afternoon, and I feel like it gives me a little burst of energy that helps carry me through the evening. It is a little on the expensive side but as far as I'm concerned treating my disease with natural products and improving my health is my number on priority. So, I consider it an investment in myself.

I live in the south and am outside every day where it is very hot. It’s important to stay hydrated and I feel like drinking tons of water just flushes everything out. I was waking up with a headache every day and I’m sure it was from an electrolyte imbalance. I drink a glass every day now and my headaches haven’t returned. This mix has all the good stuff, potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium, etc., and it doesn’t have any added sugar or artificial sweeteners. All of this and it tastes great!

Order this on subscribe and save: shows up monthly. Went to open the newest one and it looks like a moldy termite mound: rock hard. I looked on the bottom and it expired 6/2023... Go to open the extra one (that was received a month ago) and it's the exact same with the same 6/2023 expiration date... Smells off. Gross.

The first canister I received had been previously opened and no longer had a seal. I reached out to Amazon and the seller sent me a new one right away. No hassle at all. The flavor is better than I hoped, as electrolyte products either tend to taste too much like salt or fake sugar. I will buy this product again.

This is great! Tastes citrusy but not too much. I love the flavor it’s very refreshing! I feel very hydrated. I put it in my Nalgene to drink during my gym workouts.

My 94 year old mom and I (72) use this every day. Ever since we started using it about two months ago, we have more energy than we remember. I think the micro nutrients help a lot. I wish it wasn’t so expensive. Sometimes we use half a dose. Either way, we love it.

I keep using it because of the ingredient list compared to things like gatorade, but I do not like the flavor at all.
