Q: which is the size and weight of the box?

i don't remember the exact weight and/or size, but the chair is basically assembled. The seat, back, and arms are all put together. you just have to add the raiser post, base and (I think) the wheels. It required no tools, and was together in a couple of minutes. The box was only slightly larger that the beat/back, so it was a bit bulky, but not heavy at all (less than 10lb.). BTW, mine was a gift for my wife, and she LOVES it. I hope this helps.

Yes, the seat height is adjustable. There are several models of Sayl chair, with more or fewer features, but I think all have adjustable seat heights.

Q: Would this be comfortable for someone who is 6 feet tall?

I am 6 feet and am comfortable in this chair for an 8 hour work day. It is important to keep in mind proper desk height. If our desk is too tall or short sitting at it in any chair will get uncomfortable.
