Happy with the rack, even happier with the service
Two of the frames of my rack were damaged in shipping, and their customer service was fantastic in getting me replacements. In the future I might buy from them direct vs. Amazon, but either way I'm very happy.

NavePoint, best value
I pretty much only use the NavePoint cabinets now for network enclosures, they are really the best quality in their price point. I sometimes order them here, others directly from their website, it's free shipping either way.My only negative for them is that they sometimes sag in the front if there is too much weight in them, even though they are within their weight limit. I do believe they have now fixed this issue based on the last one I installed. The other thing, which is a plus in some ways, and a negative in others, is that they all take the same key. As an IT professional, It's nice that I only need that one key on my chain for the 20 or so of these that I've used over the last 3 years or so, but it can also be viewed as a security issue. Recently, I had a client inquire about this because their IT closet was shared with other tenants in the building. For this client, I got new locks for it, and I also used locks that took one key on the side panels, and a different key for the front door; IMHO, this should be a standard design for all these cabinets. Maybe NavePoint will see this review and give this some thought.

Great product, easy to assemble. Would get 5 stars if packaged better
I love this network rack. Its easy to assemble, is made from quality materials and the assembly instructions are clear. But its weak and insufficient packaging is a real problem. My shipment tracking we completely silent for 6 full days. I was wondering if it was lost in transit. But once the package arrived late I understood exactly what happened. The box was taped from each corner and on each side it an attempt to keep the contents inside. The box was practically destroyed. It was a miracle none of the small parts were lost. Thankfully they were smartly layered on the very inside of all the metal panels. Some of the panels were damaged, but I was out of time. I had to make it work. So I resorted to using a hammer to beat the panels back into shape. Those panels look terrible now and I sure hope my customer does not notice.

Excellent for Home Use
Price is quite high for what you get however I love this cabinet, the vented version is superb, the temp does stay around 80 - 90 with all my equipment. Build quality is what you expect from NavPoint. Only con is that it cant take too much weight, when you add in shelfs and NAS drives it gets heavy quite quick.

Poorly packages and Poorly Handled
These enclosures have an attractive appearance but are awkward to assemble. The assembly process is not straightforward, although instructions are provided. Having purchased about four of these, I’ve noticed a consistent issue: they often arrive slightly damaged. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures to show, but it seems their weight, which is heavier than expected, likely leads to mishandling during shipping. The boxes often appear to have been dropped on an edge, resulting in bent corners or small "dings" on the product itself. The damage is typically not severe enough to warrant a return, especially considering the hassle involved due to the size and weight of the product. Additionally, once an installation is scheduled, we don’t have the time to abort and reschedule because of minor damage—so we’ve had to proceed regardless.Given these recurring issues, I won’t be purchasing these enclosures again. The frustration and inconvenience outweigh the benefits.

Great deep cabinet
Great cabinet! Not too difficult to assemble but takes a couple hours. Fits my large depth 128 channel NVR & all surveillance camera switches & equipment. Just bought another one for another install coming up.

Easy Peasey
went together quite easily (I never built one of these before). It was not dented at all like some reviewers noted. All in all a good unit at a good price. Would buy again.

3ft rac with grid hole door and 2 sides
the black paint on this rac is an electrical insulator so scrape a little off so the screws to the metal can shield your gear from static and hum.So with the door and sides closed it was blocking 80% of the wifi so it should block 99% of static on the HF band. , make sure to use the tiny 'shelf' to stiffen the rack rails as it needs it....I love the nice markings on the rail help with lining up your gear.I only wish it had wheels.
