Grandson loves ❤️ it

Sadly a waste of money and child disappointed.
The soil discs wouldn’t break apart. After three hours this is what they still look like. NO SEEDS for the sundew plant were in the packet. At the bottom of the instruction sheet it states “plants are very small and slow growing.”

Did NOT work, waste of money
Followed the instructions, germinated the seeds, planted, watered as instructed. Not a single sprout.

You need to wait 2 years before giving up on the seeds sprouting
There's a couple of white lies in the instructions of the kit such as the seeds sprouting after a week. That time is the earliest it will sprout and the seeds will take around 1 month or more to sprout or even more time depending on the species. My Venus fly trap seeds have sprouted about a month and a half after sowing them. The sundews are taking more time and the pitcher plants need to have 6-8 weeks in a refrigerator before being able to germinate/sprout. don't expect this to be a plant that quickly grows. Many carnivorous plants take a long time to grow or even sprout. The terrarium holds humidity better than I had originally expected. For these plants you need to use distilled water/water with less than 10 tds. Minerals will kill these types of plants. Remember to put these in a plant w/ plenty of light and a temperature of 65-80F, these plants do not like the cold except the pitcher plants (but even then its best not to expose them to the cold until they are bigger). I wish that there were more versions of this but w/ different seeds such as butterworts, pinguiculas or nepenthes. That would be fun to try to grow from seed. Do not add fertilizer to these plants that will kill them. These plants originate from bogs that do not have many minerals in the soil. The seedlings in the image are venus fly traps at about a week old. I never had to water this terrarium in the past 7 weeks. I had gotten the moss and little shiny rocks w/ the dinosaur toy, I gave them to my little sister.update feb, 7: they are now showing traps now that they are about a month old, they will take a while to grow into flytraps that can catch flies. The sundews and pitcher plants still have not sprouted

Not what it say it is
They said their 6 plants that include Venus Fly Traps, Sundew and Pitcher Plants. The truth is their is only 3 plants and they are Venus Fly Traps, Sundew and Pitcher Plants. Not happy. Bought this because it had 6 plants which was more then the other I was looking at. I paid more money for this one when I should have gotten the Cheaper one that had the same 3 plants I got in this one. I hope this grow for the money I paid. Not happy :(
