I have been using this product for more than five years. I found it here at a good price. I have never had a problem with it and it has been consistent. The flavor is bitter but I am not drinking it for the flavor. I could probably mix something in it to change the taste but it is not that big a deal for me. I pour some in a glass of about eight ounces of water and drink it straight down. I drink another four ounces of water to rinse out my mouth and move on. It has never disturbed my stomach or caused any other ill feelings that I am aware of. I cannot tell you how effective it is but I seem to have pretty good health and I am sixty-six years old, but I take other supplements as well. I attribute most of my good health to vitamin C. I started taking this type product to insure that I am getting minerals in my diet after I found out that minerals in a solid form have a low percentage of absorption.

I get leg and foot cramps when I play tennis. A guy in a health food store recommended this. It worked like magic, now I take it every day and I never get cramps

I started drinking the All One TRC Minerals Liquid about 20 years ago. I take 2 tablespoons every day mixed in my breakfast juice. I am now 60 years old and have ZERO health problems. All my joints are in great shape. I have no idea of the TRC Minerals are the reason, but, maybe this is the answer to a long and healthy life?? I am going to keep taking them everyday just in case.

I do believe I have never tasted anything nastier in all my 82 years! Does anyone know what to mix it in to make it drinkable? If so, would you be kind and post it here? Thanks!
