Q: does the picture pr screen reflect sun light or any light for that matter badly?

Picture is nice and clear with A 4K displays. I have had no problems with glare or sunlight

Q: Can 4 screens be synced using hdmi cables? And if they are will all wireless headsets work for sound?

it can sync 4 screens by hdmi cable, but when you sync them, there will be one device play sound, this is to prevent the sound from being out of sync when the monitors are playing the same movie
