Best work shoes ever!!!
I have worn these shoes 6 times,9 hours a day on my feet.Assuming they don't self destruct in the next few months,I will say these are the most comfortable work shoes I've had in 20 years!I wore them right out of the box and was amazed there was no real breaking in period-no stiffness,no squeezing,no rubbing on the top of the foot.I normally wear 71/2 wide but got the 8 wide based on reviews, they are perfect with the slightly thicker socks I wear to work. The memory foam feels good but I will probably get gel inserts,I always get those so no big deal. The shoes are very sturdy without being heavy. The collar is padded with softer material than most work shoes have so no bruising the top of my feet. Some reviews have said these shoes are not slip resistant.Ive been wearing shoes with these soles for over 20 years and will say yes they are .Slip resistant shoes are meant to channel small amounts of liquid to minimize slipping, which is what they do.They will lose their effectiveness if a lot of solid material gets packed into the treads-like food,or snow. They are not effective on ice either. These shoes have had bits of different raw meat, flour and sauces on them, they have pretty much brushed clean when the debris has dried.I think these shoes look pretty good, just a clean simple look.I am wearing them a few more weeks to make sure they are holding together and still comfortable, and if so will order 2 more pairs for back up.I would encourage anyone on their feet all day to consider these shoes, assuming they are appropriate for the floor you're working on.I work in the meat department of a busy sopermarket and am walking/ standing 9 hours a day on textured tile and cement. At least my feet aren't sore at the end of the day!

These shoes are AWESOME! I work long hours in a busy restaurant ...
I got these shoes for me and my wife and we feel the same way about them. OH MY GOSH I've been looking forward to writing this review. These shoes are AWESOME! I work long hours in a busy restaurant and bar, bartending and serving on hard wood and tile floors. My shifts at minimum are 7 hours and up to 15 hours since we open at 11 and close at 2. For the longest time I've been looking for good shoes to work in. Sketchers are barely ok and Shoes for Crews are just plain aweful and gave me planar facitis (sp). I was a little sceptical of them because I wasn't sure Emeril L. just put his name on these to make a buck or not but I now see the man put his name on these with integrity. After a shift in my other shoes my feet would be worn out and hurt as would my body. IN THESE SHOES my feet don't feel beat up nor my body! Yes, my feet are tired but nothing will stop that when you work 10 hours straight, but my feet aren't sore. There's an arch support in these shoes that make them even better. In real life these are good looking shoes and I got 3 compliments on them when I got them. They are brilliantly stain resistant too. I was running a plate of whole lobster and dropped an entire 4 ounce ramiken or drawn butter straight on the top of my shoe and it just wiped right off with no residue. I'm so proud of these shoes that I give them a quick wipe every night so they look great the next shift. My wife was having foot issues as well and she got a pair and LOVE THEM! If I could give these shoes 10 stars I would

Disappointed 😞
These shoes are the nicest looking & most comfortable work shoes I've ever found! The resistance they provide of water, chemicals, slipping is amazing. However, I was expecting them to last longer than 2.5-3 months. I tried shoes good which is why it looks like that now but, I feel like they should've lasted longer.

Nine month review
So this is my review after wearing them 6 out of 7 days a week for 9 months. I work in a kitchen and decided to place more money into kitchen shoes than the brands you get at a general shoe store for around 40 bucks. I’ve bought a fair bit of those shoes and would get home after a long shift with very sore feet. With these shoes you get decent cushion. I have flat feet so I prefer shoes with minimal arch support, these have minimal arch support. After long shifts at work my feet didn’t feel hurt or sore which is amazing, being a fat woman I definitly have more weight being put on my tiny feet. The slip resistance is there like any other kitchen shoe as well.Around 5 months of wearing, the fabric at the back of the shoe and the foam cushioning wore away, but it isn’t uncomfortable in the slightest. Plus around the same time the heel part with cushion permanently indented down. That being said my feet still didn’t feel sore. Now finally at 9 months the seaming to both fronts of the shoe is falling apart and water is able to leak in. Also the sole of the shoe is breaking off of the shoe to where if I wanted to, I would pop my big toe out of my shoes to say hello. That being said these shoes are definitely worth a buy if you are working long shifts and wear them almost everyday!

Sneakers
Nope! They were not at all what I wanted or needed and were immediately sent back for a refund. The description leads you to BELIEVE and gives you the impression that these are WIDE WIDTH; (...which they are NOT), and that there is all this extra cushion & super comfortable for standing super long hours at work, (which they do NOT have and they are NOT!)Totally misleading... They put a famous name on it which makes you THINK,"HEY... THESE MAY BE GREAT FOR ME!!!" ...but they are NOT!!!! 😒😖😞

Good Quality
The good :These are good quality. Definitely work well for their purpose. Very good non - slip sole, resistant to stains, easy to clean. Work very well in commercial kitchens. The bad :Sizing is variable. I got size 7 1/2 wide. The length fit was fine, but the width was not. I've never gotten a wide shoe that was so narrow.I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning because I wasn't sure they would have a double wide in my size.I ended up buying a pair of shoe stretchers and using those to widen the problem areas. ( Note: I left the stretchers in the shoes for a month to widen them. )After that they fit fine.
