Just what I wanted, a great versatile product with a telescopic pole that does not need parts being screwed together. 4 stars due to the squeegy having the feeling of a little bit flimsy. Time will tell.

We have not used ther cleaner yet as it was damaged in transit and no fault of the supplier.

Light weight but strong does the job well.

Absolute rubbish, very flimsy and not fit for purpose, would return if it wasn’t such a faff!

Used to clean upstairs windows from outside. Not heavy to use.

Pay heed to the reviews; not as flimsy as other users have found, but certainly not "robust". Need to treat it with care. The fabric/scrubber part certainly does it's job as long as you don't apply too much force.The squeegee function was fairly ineffective at a distance; you can't apply the pressure needed to clear the water. Pressing harder would likely damage some of the kit.So, despite its drawbacks, it's still worth considering.The extendable pole's a good length; adequately reaching my upstairs windows. It's made of three tubes (already connected) - extendable & tightenable by twisting.The connection at the end seems to match a standard mop and a 'swiffer'-type duster I've got, so potentially quite handy.

The pole wash mit and the way it works is good ,long reach easily reach upstairs windows but like everything there is a downside ..... and that is the squeegee rubber ,its not cut, formed or however they are produced , but whichever way you use it , it doesn't clear water off glass in a uniform way thus leaving water patches , ive tried it just using squeegee by hand instead of on pole same results ,when looking down the rubber the edges have rough burrs on so as said it must be a problem when it's manufactured, if this was OK and worked as should I would have given it 5*
