I used to get cordyceps militaris but they seem to have stopped using that variety and only sell cordyceps sinensis now. This variant is an off white rather than yellow and doesn't dissolve in your coffee like militaris did. It settles quickly to a horrible sludge at the bottom of the cup which you then have to gag down. It's like the worst chicken cuppa soup. I think I'll change to the capsule form.

I have COPD and heard a out this from a youtube blogger. I tried it and I have noticed s great difference.
