The lids are fresher than what I bought at the local store.
Perfect. The rubber in the lids is fresher than what I bought at Albertsons . They are sure to seal and last all winter.

A tight long lasting seal
When you’re canning …You can trust Ball to keep a lid on it… I tried an offbrand on the lids and was sadly disappointed with mold growth on my applesauce ….never again I’m sticking with Ball from now.

The best!
I started out years ago using BALL lids. Never had a problem with them. Had trouble finding them during COVID. I tried other brands and had problems with jars sealing. I was not happy. I now only use BALL. Best quality and value. I make sure, months in advance I have enough. If I don't find them locally I have AMAZON!

The rubber on the lids was too dry. My jars of jelly did not seal.

Always a good choice for canning.
I've tried other lids for my canning; some work better than others, but Ball brand is consistently the best; they seal every time. Wish they were less expensive, but you get what you pay for!
