Kids like it, but hard to assemble
Took three hours to put together and my hands were in a lot of pain. But it's sturdy and very well priced.

Great bed if you can manage to get it assembled
This would be a solid 5 Stars across the board if it weren't for 2 things:1. Whomever decided on having to assemble this whole thing with pairs of bolts (one regular and one receiving) that require x-ray vision to match up INSIDE of the framework should be fired. Every other frame I've ever assembled is assembled by hanging the cross members on the vertical posts with either a slot and groove or a bolt with a button end, which is then secured by a series of bolts that go all the way through the frame and receive a washer and cap nut.2. In addition to the above item, this took me 3.5 hours to assemble because the parts weren't square. I had to make a scaffolding and use tie straps to get this thing to actually fit together. Even after it was all said and done the side rail for the top bunk was so out of square that the damn thing came undone and fell of TWICE. I finally took it out and reworked it, removed all the washers and added 2 new bolts and it's solid. I was to the point of returning it if my last effort failed. It's worth the money though if you're able to modify the parts as needed and (unlike myself) have 3 or so helping hands. It couldn't be more solid if it was a single piece of metal.

Wow
This bed is so well made it is strong and much heavier then you would think for the price. I have seen much more expensive in stores and not as well made. The boys are so happy.

It’s okay very hard to put together
It was hard to put together my husband and I actually had to go get-our own hardware in order to get it put together but once it was up it was sturdy the only problem is the bars that are holding up the top bunk mattress are not very strong and my son two years old tried to hang off of them and I saw them bend like they were going to snap other than that it works and does have an option to bolt into the wall

Great value!
I liked the value of these bunk beds. They were not difficult to assemble. If you have any experience assembling anything, this is not difficult. The only time I needed assistance was putting on the side rails. Other than that, one person can do the majority of assembly. Our foster girls really love these beds. They were hesitant sleeping on the top the first couple of nights, but that passed relatively quickly. In addition to being a great bed, they have turned out to be a "fort" for the girls as well. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible assembly
The assembly was very time consuming. The bars that holds the mattress, kept coming out. No matter what I did. And after all the bars were in, most of them were bent from all the tugging I had to do to keep them from popping out! And even after I tightened the screws, the bed was really wobbly. I’m really thinking about returning for a better quality bed.

Great bunk bed, but be a little creative when putting together!
For easier installation, stick a pen through the top holes when connecting the ends to the rails. Because it lines it up, you can easily plop the bottom screws in without trying to hold it all. Also, when putting all them slats in the rails, on one side attach the ones that screw into place. Then slide it against the wall and go from one end to the other placing them into both of the rails, tighten tighten at the end. The kiddos love it and we were able to fit a trundle under it. Great bunk bed!

Follow the directions.
Bought it for a hunting cabin. Took me 2 hours to assemble by myself with nothing but the 2 hex wrenches that were supplied. It's rigid, the piece are painted nicely. It went together fairly easy. The only issue (and the reason for 4 stars) was one of the holes on the rounded piece that goes on the top bunk, was not big enough in diameter to accept the screw. I was not able to use 1 screw. That's it. It's worth the money it cost.
