Good product but would be so much better if they used Ceylon cinnamon rather than cassia. I understand that the sea salon cinnamon is more expensive, but it’s so much better for one’s health and you can get too much of the Cassia cinnamon.

Finally one that works. Tried other berberine products which did nothing for my blood glucose level as they were hard tablets. This one is ground powder in a capsule which I believe is better absorbed and is more effective for me. Very happy with this production
