Hurricane Helene flooded our business with 3 feet of water. This product was a lifesaver! We only had a rip out one side of our drywall walls as we were able to treat the remaining with the Decon. It killed the mold. It works exactly as described.

I have used this for several years it is the best mold and all around cleaner. I have used it on carpets, furniture for dusting with a micro fiber cloth, cleaning tile floor etc. is safe to use with everything.

It’s really working against black mold

I’ve used Benefect Decon 30 at my dog daycares for 3 years now. I ordered four of the 5-gallon tubs. I opened the first tub to use some product. I noticed it had a sudsy soapy consistency when I filled my spray bottles and cleaning buckets up. This product claims it’s a “ready to use” product. No dilution. No rinsing. We started to cleaning our dog daycare classroom floors and what happened loads of soap like suds everywhere. We had to rinse it off all of our floors which took hours. Still after rinsing, there was a greasy like residue. I slipped and sprained my wrist and have bruises all of my arm. I contacted the company who shipped this product, Pro Solutions Direct, and they did nothing to solve my problem. They just gave a generic apology. Asked for the batch number on the pail. Said they would “research” this. I asked Pro Solutions if they could send replacements of Benefect Botanicals Broad Spectrum, which I have used in the past. They refused. They said they would have to research it before they could send anything. They have no concern for the inconvenience this has caused my dog daycares. Never ever order from this company again!

Got this product and used it the same day I received it. Works fast. Sprayed in basement on exposed wood structure where potential mold. Next morning there was a fresh scent lingering where before was an old dusty smell. I should have taken before and after pictures to show how fast this works; one application!

I absolutely love this cleaner. I’m a licensed massage therapist and use it to clean my pink salt stones as well as rest of the office. Unfortunately the bottles the disinfect are in are not high quality, none of them lasted in regards to spray capacity within a handle of uses. I’d recommend buying the gallon and refilling your own better quality spray bottle.

I love everything about this. I used it after mold remediation for surfaces and items in my house. It made finished wood surfaces shine along with mirrors. It removed the fogging residue from the remediation. I live that it kills off so many things but is safe and natural. I am very sensitive to environmentals and I can use it.
