Excellent and light weight
Excellent product, well engineered and works great. Very lightweight and easy to use. Tensions exactly to the torq specs set on the handle

Works for the most part but hard to squeeze.
The tool worked as advertised except I was using on #10 gage wire, and it was extremely hard to squeeze. If I were to buy again, I would get the longer contractor tool.

Great tool.
Works very well. No problem tightening my 300’ grapevine trellis wire tight. It has a tension indicator but I did not use it as I tightened by feel. There are more expensive ones out there but for the money this one as well worth it. I would recommend this to a friend.

Must have Gripple tool
Most folks in the US won't use Gripple tension blocks but they are great and much more secure than the old U-Bolt clamp from Home Depot. this tool made installing 300 of the tensioners on a job site a breeze.

Amazingly easy
I never used a tensioner tool before. This was incredibly easy and effective at its job. Everything worked as it should have. No problems.

I’m not overly happy with
Overall, the t-gripples have worked well on our end posts and look nice. The major downside is the extra length of wire necessary for using into the tool. After you trim that excess, you cannot go back and use this tool again. On a straight line splice, I had several straight gripples that lost grip and will not work again. This tool requires too much extra wire length hanging out to be useful inside the 4 inch openings in our goat fencing. Maybe it’s better on single wire or 6 inch cattle fencing, I won’t know. I’m using crimp sleeves from now on.
