No, you can't adjust speed/pitch of songs with the mixer. You may be able to get an app on your phone that allows you to control it there

Yes you can scratch with this mixer. It has great action and works fine for just fading as well.

Yes you can use this mixer in both the US and Europe. I don't use the beat counter at all during my mixes as it gives a false reading, Wish the company would do a recall to have it fixed or replaced.
