Made in USA, heavy duty, excellent quality, rebuild kits available
I just finished installing this hot/cold mixing tap in my garage shop. I replaced two junky freeze proof taps installed by the builder - I think an idiot installed the original taps. They made all sorts of noise, backwashed water onto the wall and peed water all over the floor at random times. They just had to go.$100 isn't cheap but it's what you pay for made in USA by a company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado since 1929 that also makes Woodford Bourbon. I'll have to try the latter. (Hint - I wrote this on April fools day). The Woodford mixing tap is well made, solid bronze head, aluminum powder coated tap handles, stainless hardware holding the tap handles onto the long stems. I got the new Woodford tap installed over the period of two days.I had issues with the prior junky taps ruining the drywall behind themselves. I removed the damaged drywall, replaced it with a piece of 1/2 exterior plywood and covered that with Hardiboard cement board held in place with stainless screws. (see photo) that I will paint the Hardiboard cement board backer shortly. Cement board is frequently used in wet locations like shower surrounds and is an excellent backer for a tap where water may splash around from time to time.Plumbing was straight forward if you know what you are doing. The Woodford 22 faucet works great - quiet, mixes hot and cold precisely, has a good "feel" and as I mentioned, it's made in the USA. Woodford also has a total rebuild kit available - the Woodford RK-22PRV Repair Kit which is about $30 on Amazon. I bought the rebuild kit with the faucet. I'll store it away for future use in case something stupid happens like Woodford stops making the faucet or the rebuild kit.Overall, this is a big upgrade over my prior garage shop setup with two separate faucets connected with a washing machine "Y" hose to my garden hose. It’s quiet compared to my old junk faucets, doesn’t pee water on the floor every time I open or close a tap and it mixes hot and cold water well. I'm impressed with the quality of the dual tap setup. I originally saw the single tap version of this product advertised in Fine Homebuilding, a source I use regularly and respect for it's high quality content and insights. Hope that helps!

Expensive but exactly what I needed
It’s expensive but I wanted one fixture for hot at cold in the garage. If I want to wash the car in the winter, I want to be able to use a little cold water and some hot water. Works great!

adequate
A little noisy as you turn the knob. My faucet had particles of iron mixed into the brass so there is rust specs forming, Pretty easy to see up close but probably wont effect the long term durability of it. It's great to be able to mix hot and cold water in the fall/winter/spring rather than freeze your hands

Happy for hot outside water!
Feels solid for what it is. It's also great being able to add warm water to our back porch area. No kid or dog wants to be washed down with cold water in winter/spring before coming back inside and the ability to add warm water to kids pool in the summer is another bonus. Only issue so far is the faceplate angle. If you don't have the proper tools to make or buy a proper mounting face, the anle of the faucet lines will not be level and tying them into the plumbing will be all the more problematic. I guess one last thing, it says to not use hot water greater than 120 degrees. For most, I'm sure that is not an issue. But I have my hot water heater set at 130 because well... I like HOT water.

Faucet
This was exactly what I needed for an outside barn where I needed hot and cold water for grooming my dog! It was installed easily, and will not rust which had been the issue with other less expensive outdoor faucets!

Shark bite fittings appear to be tight, but are not
Product came assembled with shark bite fittings attached. They appeared to be tight, but are not. If they were going to be on the fitting, you would expect them to be tight as a result had to install twice after they leaked the first time.
