Does exactly what it promises.
I was dubious it would be stable but it's really strong and grips well. Excellent piece of kit. Really sturdy, flexible but it stays in position well and didn't break the bank.

Works well, but doesn't last long
I have a cradle for my phone to read and watch TV or other media I'm bed. It is very easy to set up, but I use this every night and after approximately 6.montys, the plast6clip which grips the phone will snap or wears, becomes weak and the clip no longer works.I think if you are aware of the lifespan of the product you can be prepared. I always have a spare ready for when it has broken. As a disabled person this holder is very useful and I feel lost without it.Only 4 Stars because I think they could make the clip out of metal and cover it in silicone to last longer

Very good phone holder.
Great item. It's sturdy and bends well to position my phone. The 360° makes it perfect for manipulation it to the position you want.

Very strong, well made and functional desk mobile clamp arm
The media could not be loaded. I’ve done a video. I only do this when I feel reviews are unfair. Or if it’s very good or very bad. Looking for one of these was a headache, the reviews were wildly disparaging for those that bothered. I think people forget that they base their own choices of purchase on what others say.Anyhoo, this clamp is great. Very robust thick cord covered in rubber. Didn’t see the point of paying more for the fabric covered cord and to be honest I can’t see how you can improve on this. It’s incredibly strong. It clamps really well and the movement is really minimal unless your thumping the phone it’s more than adequate for holding a device in place. I am more than happy with it, hence doing the video to demonstrate. I would recommend this and would buy again if I needed another. Please feel free to ask questions if you need extra info.

Excellent concept with the makings of a great product, but isn't built to last.
I bought this at the end of September, it is now exactly 5 months on and it has broken. I am disappointed to see it break so soon. Here is what I feel to be a fair description of my experience with the product:Pro's- The materials feel good- It has a good weight to it- It doesn't look or feel cheap.- The arm is sturdy and easily supports a phone, even at length.Con's- The twist to tighten handle is slippery and hard to twist once it tightens.- The base clamp, although fairly well padded with rubber on halves of the foot, will still damage any wood it is clamped to over time.- The base clamp needs to be tightened frequently when adjusting the arm's position.- The device pincers snapped at the thinnest point for me when I put my phone in one day.Additional advice to the business:- Use a matte material for the twist system- Use a less slippery rubber on the pincer grips- Consider strengthening the base/pincers with metal. People will pay the extra cost for something that lasts longer.

Terrible faulty product with design flaw...
Terrible... Actual junk product like most of these, it has a fundamental design flaw, the point of stress will always be at it's base, it will snap at the stress point after very little use (2 months). I've used this product maybe a handful of times total which is ridiculous & unacceptable... I'll be seeking a refund because it has been of no use to me if it lasts only a few uses!?Liability for all these shoddy products needs to change, there's so many of them all with the exact same issue.0/10
