Great in smoothies
It’s organic and only has 1 ingredient. Price very reasonable. I do not taste it in my smoothies so the taste must be mild. I have not tasted it on its own I just put 2 tsps in my smoothie each time. It does say rich in vitamin c and iron and magnesium. Best used within 2 months and I refrigerate mine

Worked great for Valentine waffles!
My daughter and I bought a small heart shaped waffles maker and with the pitaya powder it worked great without all the crap in the food coloring. Color was perfect and no added taste noted. Fun way to make pink heart waffles 💗

It's okay
This stuff is okay but I much prefer the frozen dragon fruit in the freezer section of the grocery store. Gives my smoothies a little more density than this powder.

Doesn’t hold color through heat
If you want to bake something with this sort color, opt for purple sweet potato powder. This is good for frosting or other things that don’t need to go in the oven.
