Very bright light 2 years running.
I installed two of these and 6 150W similar style ufo lights. These are a tad brighter, but not considerably brighter. That said, these are good.

It’s bright!
Did a quick install with a chain on top of the warehouse beams for this light right at my roll up doors and it is bright!!!! Very happen with the intensity. I’ve already scheduled for the electrician to come to hang it to code and hard wire it. Gonna buy a few more.

Very bright and estically pleasing
Very durable the brightness is excellent the weight is good does not get too hot. The material is very durable the option of vired versus plug in to a socket makes this a very versatile, the performance seems very good as time goes by will say more.

Decent UFO light, low electrosmog
I have several UFO lights from different manufacturers. They’re pretty darned useful, but no two UFO light manufacturers make them the same!Immediately out of the box I’m impressed with the aluminum cooling ribs. Extensive coolling built into the design makes a safer indoor space. This light ‘conforms’ to UL standards but does not state that it is UL listed. Instead, in the listing description, it states that ‘ ETL Specification Met’ but this is mentioned nowhere on the unit itself, just in the isting and in the instructions claims to be ETL Listed. hmm….Also lifetime warranty promised in one place in the listing and in another place it promises a 5 year warranty. No specifics of what is covered in this warranty is provided. While the maker did seem to make this unit safe in many ways, I don’t think it meets codes if your units will be contractor installed or need to pass electrical inspection.100W is perfect for 12-15’ ceilings. More watts for a ceiling this low is simply too bright. The array is only about 6” in diameter. Some have a wider array for better lighting when there are beams and other obstructions blocking that can cause deep shadows. There's no on/off switch so you will want to connect it to a power strip or other switch. These make fantastic work lights for construction as well. This one is unique in that the power comes ONLY from the power cord….unless you are using a dimmer switch. In this case, the dimmer is connected via the wiring and instructions provided. A bit unusual!Possesses the usual safety chain and screw lock for the hanging hookThe electrosmog from this unit is quite modest compared to other UFO lights I have tested. Any LF or ELF ‘radiation’ drops off quickly to something insignificant at a distance of 2 feet. That’s pretty good! The plastic lens covering over the LED array is polycarbonate, commonly used for these UFO lights. Based upon my research, the heating of polycarbonate beyond a certain temperature can cause a sort of offgassing, so it’s important to use these lights in a well-ventilated area and to purchase UFO lights that manage their heat well.I would like to see more scrutiny over this topic and open discussion. Are UFO lights commonly overheating their polycarbonate lenses in a way that causes the shedding or offgassing of particles toxic for humans?Would a simple design change such as putting a little distance between the led cells and the lens (10-20mm) effectively rectify this concern?

Very bright at 15 ft height.
I used four of these to light my 1200sqft shop. they are very bright at 15 ft height. You don't want to look at them. These lights were mounted by the electricians when they wired my shed for electricity, so I cannot comment on how hard they were to mount. The electrician cut off the plugs and hard wired them to the junction boxes. They used a single 15-amp circuit for all four lights. I did not have them run a dimming circuit. We placed them at the inside edge of each of the sky lights that were already in the shed. I used a website to estimate the intensity and recommended spacing, and aimed for machine shop intensity (93 lumens at 2ft height). I am happy with the results. I measured each light (led side only) with a non-contact thermometer and temps on a 70-degree day after the lights were on for at least 30 minutes were between 78-100 degrees depending on the placement of the thermometer beam.
